The AccuMail .NET Address Verification API provides a flexible way for you to embed address correction and coding capabilities into Windows applications and Web pages. The .NET API provides an interface between your own application and AccuMail, a program that corrects and codes addresses. It can be used, for example, to create applications that:
- Correct and code input postal addresses as they are entered by clients and before they are saved to your database.
- Immediately notify clients when they have entered an address that is considered undeliverable by USPS.
- Provide a public or internal network page where people can obtain the most correct and complete expression of individual addresses.
